Damages and Issues:

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Exchanges:

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must meet the same return criteria as mentioned above – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
